Ive done 72v 30a line/90a phase to the stock motor lol ton of fun and tops out around 30ish lol watch out for one-way clutch, though. Fails easily.

How’s the power on that motor? It’s only got a 30mm stator so I think the torque and acceleration will be pretty low. It’s probably just e we pound for high speed but I don’t know how they are rating these for 2000-5000 watts at 72v. I am looking for big power motors so the 65mm stator LY motors look pretty good, huge phase wires on some of the versions they offer. But this motor is like 1/2 the price and maybe with 2 it will be enough. Let me know what you think. Thanks

Its not bad actually, my cousin is about 300lbs and he brought it up to 60 mph so far. Still getting comfortable with going fast lol but in speed 3, while cruising at lower speeds and he hits the throttle, you see the front end fully extend lol so i would say for the price its worth it.

Its still in my storage lol ive come to a realization that even if i finished it, it wouldnt have a place to ride it. Busy roads, shitty drivers, we dont even have a track on island anymore. I'll finish it one day, but right now these electric projects are quicker, easier, and require less thinking.

OK I understand it’s just, that build is a very unique one-of-a-kind. Personally, I think much cooler than just slapping in a 420 or up to a 700 off the shelf big engine, I think people would appreciate the build bc i’ve never seen a dirtbike engine of that size going to a minibike frame, thx for replying and keep putting out good content bro👍
