PROJECT DIVA RELEASE ON STEAM?!!

I already have the arcade version of Future Tone downloaded on my PC, but I'm glad that there will finally be a "legal" way to play the game. Cant believe that this'll be the third time I buy basically the same game (did on PS4 / Switch). Since we have access to all the Future Tone songs and files, I doubt it'll even take a day for modders to basically turn Steam's MegaMix into Future Tone by removing the shaders (or keeping if you like them) and just adding all the songs.

the leaks say that the base game will include all the mega mix songs and dlc and there will be a dlc that has the rest of the songs from dx including edit songs. also it will have an option to switch between the future tone visiuals and the mega mix visuals, so it seems pretty good. also that it will have spanish localization along with english

I have absolutely no qualms with flying the Jolly Roger flag but glad i can get this game legally...... it's been like.... almost a decade since i last played a Project Diva game

Future Tone in its arcade form is second to none. It's so fun... Even my home recreation with an expensive controller replica can't quite match it (but it's 95% close)... I hope you had fun! :)

I‘d love to see a PC release of MegaMix cuz the cell shading could look really good. Most songs looked bad on Switch because of hardware limitations. Hopefully it will have an upgrade like Project Diva X Vita -> PS4 (also getting a bit burned out with modding AFT, so it could also be very exciting from a modding perspective) Update: Modding on Megamix+ is AWESOME!!

it released on steam available today with all future tone and mega mix songs if you buy the bundle! you can change between both mega mix and future tone shaders in the graphics settings

Please PLEASE MAKE A NEW PROJECT DIVA This is like the 7th re release of Arcade in some way. Just make something new. Would to see a new entry on the F/X franchise. Project Sekai kinda feels like a spiritual succesor to X? But honestly I hate gachas and I'm not into mobile games that much anyway. I just want Project DIVA X 2nd or something like that.

If they do make a new project diva game they have to make it better new vocaloids more songs for other vocaloids not miku songs for the extra models n more modules for them n more new stuff

This would be amazing news for those that game on PC if true! One slight correction to something you said... Future Sound and Colorful Tone aren't "separate games"... They're song packs/expansion packs for the free version of Future Tone on PS4... They can't function on their own. If you don't purchase and install those packs you'd only have like 4 songs to play on the PS4 port of Future Tone. With that said, I agree with you on MegaMix/MEGA39s being the inferior Future Tone port.... I was excited for a portable Future Tone on Switch, but it sort of disappointed me... I have both the US version and I also imported the Japanese special edition 10th anniversary release... Technically MegaMix/MEGA39s is a port of a port of a port (since the PS4 version is a port of the arcade version and then, and this makes sense to me, they ported that to the Switch). I have the ...downloaded/arcade dump version (no I won't link you)... of Future Tone (known as AFT to the community, or ARCADE Future Tone) running on a spare PC I built from parts I had laying around with an expensive but awesome DIVALLER arcade controller replica that I built into a 3/4 size arcade cabinet I got from MicroCenter. I've pretty much recreated the arcade experience, but it's still fun for me to go to a Round 1 USA location or a convention and play on actual hardware/setup cuz it's slightly different with the timing/input lag etc. ANYWAY, good video and this'll be interesting to see what happens. I'll likely not get it since I have it like 3x already, but we'll see.

Oh that's why I said it's a 1 but anyways you huilt your own? That's amazing! Theres a round one location I could try to go to but it is far for me. Was originally planning to go two years ago but you know, The pandemic hit

@@DAsonicfan Yeah I built my own... kinda... it doubles as a MAME (emulator for 90s and prior arcade games) emulation cab, but I have a full-on 2014 era mid-range PC powering it all. It's totally overspec'd for AFT, but it works quite well most of the time and it's stable most of the time.. It wasn't with some trial and tribulation though... Also so there's no confusion, I built with the help of my mom the cabinet from a kit... I didn't mill /cut the wood myself... I'd love to have done that but I don't have THAT kinda skill haha. I used to have a Round 1 near me, but its entire mall was demolished... not sure why... Maybe pandemic related? IDK. I do have two others not TOO far away, but I'd need a car/a ride to get there sensibly... If I want to go to a R1 I would have to go to Long Island, NY (I live up in Boston, MA, so it's sort of a trek) to see friends, but it's worth it. What do you mean by "it's a 1"? lol

I did planed to buy ps4 because project diva, spiderman and gundam. and now SEGA release PDMM+ on steam. feels like more less reason to buy ps4. and some how I did a math about comparison With PDMM+ VS PDAFT (with Complete DLC). for PC You got 250 songs but apparently when Base game is 170 + 72 (DLC) = 242 song like what do you mean it's 250. and conclusion, PDMM+ = 250 or 242 and PDFTDX (PS4)= 252 songs. is there 2 song missing for the PC??? Now My Head Hurts. 💫🤯😵

They keep releasing songs since years WTF happened to SEGA they playing with as they should give new consoles game or at least at least new more songs Am tired of waiting loose my passion to the series all of that because of SEGA
