I don't think it was Sega.. if I'm correct these are the dance moves from one of the concerts. Sega just put it into the game. (that's if I'm right)

+andrea ruiz I think you are right. I know most of the PV's from previous games are from other releases and concerts. Some songs and PV's have their own dance movements and outfits but most of the PV's/songs are from previous releases of the games.
