Project Flight Update 6 Review! | Is It BAD?!

Update 6 for the popular roblox flight simulator, Project Flight, released today on the 3rd of September 2023. It adds the long awaited MD 11, the first free TriJet in game, and a TBM 900. It also finally brings Project Flight to mobile, however this is insignificant for the people already playing the game. Now, is it worth buying just for this update?

The only complaint for the update was the weird new camera angle and the bouncy MD-11, but it fixes itself when you're about to take off. Also I forgot to check because I was busy checking out what else they added, but hopefully the update fixed the weird pitch and yaw movements the 717 makes when you use the flaps

@@VolatusRBLX yeah, that DC 9 that was later bought by Boeing after the merger. I just flew the MD 11 and 717 just now and they seem fine to me, but the time and atmosphere conditions seem a bit wonky

the few very annoying things about the MD-11 is when you look at the interior of engine number two the tail goes through the engine rather than connect to it. the turbine barely even fits properly too, making it easy to see. the other thing is the engine noises are very quiet rather than for example the fokker 100. thats as loud as most airliners while the md-11 is just half the volume of a turboprop aircraft

Definitely some things to fix with the planes in the update, but very happy to see them release some more free planes for people to use :) Although I fully agree with you!

also, an overlooked thing is that in the devlog update in-game it says "added MRTT skin to A330" you can find it at the bottom of the a330 liverys next to another one and if you spawn with it, it will be the Royal Air Force MRTT Grey livery, its really cool and if you like go to tivat or like a small airport with it, it looks like "oh a government meeting blah blah blah", really cool check it out (its free)

i dont like the fact that now EVERYBODY is using the md11 , i mean its ok if you want to try it out but bro, literally i found 6 md 11's when i spawned at gatwick 💀maybe they should add more airbus planes like the a310 or the boeing 767 edit: it would be cool if they added the 747 or some cargo planes such as the beluga, dreamlifter or the an 124. but by the moment this game is insane, it doesnt feel like roblox!

To be fair, it is the only free widebody airliner in the game. For people who don't want to spend more Robux on gamepasses its a solid option and definitely something fun to fly. The fact that its a trijet also boosts its popularity I'm sure. And as far as I know the only airport a jumbo could fly from right now is Gatwick although I am probably wrong :) All good suggestions for planes though!

Because Mobile support is very challenging and often means having to rework all the main codes and scripts in the games to optimise for mobile.

Yes, the update may have taken longer, but it is a big step for Project Flight to make the game mobile compatible in order to reach a new player base. Despite all that, there were two new planes and complete physics overhauls, I think that's a lot and you should be more grateful for what you get.
