:D its been a week of 6 working days and those working days started at 8 and finished at 8 o'clock for the team - and in my personal case continued after 8 all the way untill 3 o'clock in the night for at least more than half a week. The brunt of people in need of help / info / re shipments - was taken care of this while we kept the track with daily orders coming in via website :) to this point it was the biggest challenge i took

I reached out and used the form (located under "We're here to help! Contact our team") to report an order that was not received in 2022. I love the Gravitas pens and own 8 pens. Ben has worked his butt off to design and manufacture a pen with a point of difference. I received a response within the hour acknowledging the error. And an option was provided for replacement. I was totally surprised and happy, since I thought that an order placed 2 years ago would not be accepted. I supplied as much information as possible (order #, date of order etc). A big THANK YOU to Ben and Emy. Your customer service is exemplary. :D

Thank you for your trust Phoebe - we ask the Gravitas customers for a little patience because we are still recuperating from a huge influx of emails hundreds - that we did our best to help people with since the old system was "so good" they simply had to scrap it and start over with ours - we are getting to everyone and both ours and Bens intentions are honest and pointed at just making sure everyone has been taken care of. Keep us posted once you get the goodies and share your feedback with everyone because its hard to believe but Gravitas has done a 180 and people must hear about it not from us - but from you all

I had an old order that went missing and since the new transition I’m pleased to say Emy has gone above and beyond at getting the lovely dark green Entry model out to me. It was worth the wait! I understood that no malice was involved so it’s just nice to finally be able to use it. I’ll be keeping an eye on what’s to come

Congrats and a very informative video. After the previous video announcing the plans, I had enough confidence to order my first Gravitas - the Kyuseido Kakari at the beginning of June. That was a good experience from the ordering process to receiving the shipment. The second order was a Tungsten Dinkey with a fine flex. Again no issues with ordering or shipping. The Kakari is perfect, however, there's a minor issue with the fine flex in the Dinkey. I'm no sure if it was ink or not, but I would suggest the standard abs feed be replaced with an Ebonite feed for the ink to keep up with the nib. I've since swapped out the fine flex for an Osprey Ultra Flex with an Ebonite feed, and the pen has been writing beautifully. I am now contemplating my next acquisition.

:D we are grateful for the feedback - we are exploring a new nib in the flex line up, the fine flex we do have on Gravitas at this moment has more in common with a normal nib size than a flex nib - at this moment we are just stabilising the current operations with things getting in and going our, in the next months we will bring more changes and more things will be shared about the decisions that we will make together with Ben and the feedback we are providing him.

Hehe - that is coming - a small batch of those got produced, in testing the pen behaved a little back heavy and we changed some things here and there plus a specific part we opted to make it in titanium - all those changes where addressed and now it’s in assembly - 2 - 3 weeks it should be live 🙌🏻

@@pen.venture well, I bought Ultem Pocket Dropper for €111.80, and now it would cost me €144.53. You get the same thing 30% more expensive now🙅

pocket dropper on gravitas old website was listed for 105 eur (vat included) adding the average shipping cost 16 eur (for shipments that came weeks/months after) = 121 Eur (If you got yours at a discount 111,8 eur you forgot to mention) - now to put a bit of perspective the pen is 100 eur no vat + 19% vat = 119 eur + an average 20 or so eur in shipping (this time DHL Express - 3 days delivery) = 139 eur (or lets take your 144.53 eur price). Lets crunch the numbers 121 vs 144,5 - ill make it simple, its a 10% increase in the pen pricing at value without vat and the rest is the cost of shipping which we upgraded from months and often lost to shipped in 3 days and no parcel lost in 10.000 orders at Pen Venture in 6 years. This is the context - anyone can understand that having the same prices from 4 years ago when Gravitas launched and the same services and expansion that we currently have - mutually understood that its impossible to get more from less. Im sure there are cheaper options on the market, but I'm also 100% sure that Gravitas doesn't want to be one of those.
