Project Happiness--The Lived Experience (Gina Haines)

New Zealand filmmaker, Gina Haines, integrates signature strength examples and stories of several individuals living and working in New Zealand. After individuals took the VIA Survey of character strengths, Gina interviewed them about their signature strengths, how they use the strengths in their daily life, and other questions related to positive psychology. This montage is part of a larger film documentary project Gina made called Project Happiness - The Lived Experience while at the University of Canterbury. For more information visit viapros.org/www/
