Kalki will be the 10th avatar of Lord Vishnu, but this movie is not related to that. This is some science fiction Dune kinda movie, not at all related to Kalki. It's just the name that is the same.

The golden age will be of dharma( the eternal principle of balance and righteousness), the time when god will interact with humans directly. Kaliyuga will repeat after three yugas complete.
