I love the So Jaded palette hehe. I'm glad you enjoyed it and got good use from it. That light shimmery purple on the top row, I usually use as a topper over a purple bc it is really light. It helps the color to pop.

I was a bit sad I missed out on the So Jaded palette but after hearing your thoughts maybe it’s okay I didn’t get a chance to buy it. The Menagerie palette is so beautiful! You’re going to create some beautiful looks with it!

Update once you hit one pan or if you are making faster progress than expected just when you level up. It so fun to follow along and it would be sad to only hear from you maybe in three months or so if the pans take that long etc. Have you thought about just depotting the shades you like from the colourpop palette?

sure i can update more regularly! personally im not super into depotting, i also don't have enough space in my magnetic palette for them at the moment. theres more shades i enjoy in the palette than i dislike so i just keep them in there. i have a hard time decluttering as you can tell lol 😂😅

It's not cheating at all to hit pan in the shade that you already had a dip in! If I can hit pan in a matte cream, then you can hit pan in that shade! 😂 Oh, the Menagerie palette is very pretty. I haven't played with Whalesong in forever, but my Killer Purr palette has very powdery matte shadows. Hmm. Maybe it's a different formula. Either way. The two shades you're thinking of hitting pan on are really pretty! 🎉

haha yes that's fair - we are just being strategic right?! 😂😜i find the mattes in the indigo ink to be slightly powdery for sure, but just so pigmented that im not dipping into the shadow as frequently as other shadows i have. i do think the killer purr formula is a little more powdery than the indigo ink as well
