Out of all of the Nicol bolas villains who joined bolas of their own free will, I have the most respect for ral zarek, his the only one who's not on bolas's side out of mind control, selfish reasons or having to serve bolas under a contract, yea his a villain, but the best kind of villains are the kinds you can relate too, and I can totally relate to zarek, his a guy who worked his way from the bottom up and earned his place in the izzet and the only reason he isn't more respected in the izzet is because of niv-Mizzet constantly being a dick to him, meanwhile Jace comes in, solves a puzzle and becomes the most powerful man in ravnica, and ral hates him for it, he doesn't feel it's earned, his literally the embodiment of red blue, extremely intelligent, passionate of his work and hates the idea that someone can come in and just become a big shot in a snap.

So... which other planeswalkers are or was Ral’s Lightning Bug system detecting coming to and going from Ravnica? Let’s see here: Jace, Gideon, Tezzeret, Liliana, Chandra, Nissa, Ral (himself, but not obviously so), Vraska, Sifa Grent chasing after Dack Fayden, Dormi Rade, Devin Baan, and Garruk. Well those are the canon ones I can think about in a cohesive way since after the Return to Ravnica block. No?
