Ultimate offering is broken. Bad reaction to Simochi is my all-time favorite card. It was the first card I ever owned, finding it at my elementary school playground. Finding the card started my own collection that I've continued to this day. Not only is it good, but in my case, it is extremely sentimental.

​@@Deathmare235 I don't play Yu-Gi-Oh anymore since goat format, but I've seen enough of these videos to answer this lmao It's too slow. It's a trap card so it takes a turn commitment. Most cards special summon as it is. So if you have a deck that will get your boss cards out you won't need this. And if you don't have a deck that can, you'll just lose. Imagine going first and needing it. You lost your entire first turn and you let your opponent set up. Even worse, imagine going second with ultimate offering. They already went then you set ultimate offering and normal summon (cause that's what your deck is going for) then end. They get 2 turns for free.

@Deathmare235 Right, especially in the earlier days of the game where special summoning was like this great style that only few cards could possibly match. This card alone would've made all the extra normal summons like a special summon but it gets so much crazier with triggers on a normal summon. Like the possibilities are endless.

The Nurse Burn issue in Duel Links would have never come up if they had just nerfed LP gain ages ago when they nerfed burn damage, same thing with LP costs. It just seems so illogical that burning my opponent for 500 is too much but they're allowed to recover 2000 with no issue or I have to pay 2000. The nerf gets even more illogical when you realize all the cards that have a burn effect as their "cost" (Trick Clown for example) meaning you don't have to take full damage to pay for their effects while cards with an actual LP cost do, not to mention "tax" cards that make you PAY a cost to do anything (RE Flare Metal Dragon's "tax" is nerfed because it says inflict damage while AW - Savage Don Ying makes you pay full price).

Nightmare Wheel would be retrained in the present day to impose the condition on the opponent activating a card effect and if they guess wrong, negate the effect and banish the card face down. Would also double as Nemleria support if enough meta decks run it.

Ah Ordeal of a Traveler. I remember how that got me banned from the last tournament I ever played. And the only games store in town. [EDIT] Okay so the short of it was I was dueling a younger kid. (Who it turns out was the younger brother of the judge). He complained that me shuffling my hand around after the effect of ordeal was illegal and threw a massive fit. Judge agreed with him, I argued and pointed to both the rules and the card effect. And for arguing I was banned. Never went back after that, but did leave a complaint that went nowhere. [[Edit Edit]] The kid was playing an elemental hero deck. He was losing his mind over me bouncing his fusions with my frog deck

Another great list, keep it up. I've tried to make an interesting deck with Skull Invitation in tandem with funny mill cards like Don Zaloog, Toll hike, and Neddle Worm, for example. But it turned into a Jank pile in conjunction with Timelords.

19:00 Something interesting about Ultimate Offering I noticed while playing one of the World Championship games (not sure if it was 07, 09, or 10), is that my opponent was able to continue summoning tokens represented by the Magical Hats in response to my attacks, despite having an empty hand. I'm not sure if that was a glitch or the cpu flat out cheating, but it annoyed me because I had to whittle them down 500 points at a time

That name change restriction would never apply as when a card is banished face down it doesn't have a name to begin with, it isn't even considered a Trap card. If you want the name change to always apply except in deck building it would be something along the lines of "This cards name is treated as "Pyramid of Light" when on the field or in the hand, Deck, GY, and banishment" I think, I don't know if there's currently a card that copies a name in Deck but not during Deck Building off the top of my head.

There's another reason as to why Ultimate Offering should be at the top spot- combine it with either Honest or Dark Honest, as well as at least two copies of Spring of Rebirth, and you can effectively get _infinite_ LP

As much as I want it, Ultimate Offering can never be taken off the ban list. If just 1 Normal Summon can give you a full board of powerful monsters, imagine what several normal summons can give you? You can probably get your best and strongest monsters all out on the field on your first turn.

Berserk Rampage - WATER Warrior-type - LV5 - 1800ATK - 1400DEF - Effect: If you Tribute summon this monster by sacrificing a level 7 or higher monster, destroy one face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field.

As some who makes a lot of these myself, allow me to tidy up your card a smidge: _Berserk Rampage_ (WATER) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Warrior/Effect _If this card is Tribute Summoned by Tributing a Level 7 or Higher monster, Destroy 1 card on your opponent’s side of the field._ ATK/1800 DEF/1400 As for how good it would be… I’m pretty sure it as is probably wouldn’t be THAT powerful. The non-target destruction is nice sure, but there are more cost effective ways to get cards out of the way these days, AND its stats are fairly low for a Level 5 monster (which CAN be an asset mind you, but only if you have cards on hand that take advantage of that.) Now, if I were to retrain your card to make it a bit more “menacing”… _Berserk Rampage_ (WATER) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Warrior/Effect _You can Normal Summon this card without Tributes, but if you do, it loses 400 ATK/DEF. If this card is Tribute Summoned by Tributing a Level/Rank/Link 7 or Higher monster, or Destroys an opponent’s monster by battle; It gains 400 ATK/DEF, and also, You can Destroy 1 card on the field._ ATK/2200 DEF/1800 THERE, now the card has some more power under the hood while still continuing from where you first made it. You can Normal Summon it without Tributes at the cost of a slight reduction to its stats, and I broadened the destruction effect to be optional, potentially more frequent and a smidge more flexible.

So NOW… _Berserk Rampage_ (WATER) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Warrior/Effect _You can Tribute Summoned this card with 1 Level/Rank/Link 7 or higher Tribute. If this card is Tribute Summoned, or Destroys an opponent’s monster by battle; It gains 400 ATK/DEF, and also, You can Destroy 1 card on the field. If this card Destroys a card(s) by battle or card effect; You can add 1 Level 7 or higher monster to your hand from your Deck or GY._ ATK/2200 DEF/1800 Ok, so that should be a better foundation for your archetype idea.
