The cost management plan contains the level of accuracy, organizational procedure link, additional details (strategic funding choice, cost reporting, currency exchange fluctuation), level of detail, unit of measure, control threshold, reporting format, rules of performance measurement. In Plan Cost Management, you can either fund with debt, fund with equity, or self funding and it produces cost management plan. In Estimate Cost process, you utilize exchange rate and inflation, three point estimating, bottom up estimating, parametric estimating, analoogus estimating, cost of quality, cost estimates, and basis of estimates. In Determine Budget process, you use cost aggregation, historical information review, funding limit reconciliaiton, and cost baseline. In Control Cost, you use EVA analysis, other formulas, and cost forecasts. (Sorry for the data dump. I'm going crazy doing my final review).
