Masters of architecture is the best thing to do...scope India main bhi hoga and yaha bhi, CPM is good but you wont be designing buildings anymore so think about it.

You should always take some experience and get to know this field it will help you a lot and both have its pro if you do MBA you can get in to good MNCs and in masters you will have both options one is private sector and one is public sectors, Mba covers the project management course from a different approach and Masters includes a lot of technicalities too .
