I will say. Even if they do require some fine tuning, the Classics may be the creator's best work so far. There's so much to appreciate with them, that it outweighs the flaws. I have been considering making balance patches for them, and I have the capabilities to change how things function in a character, though, since they're still getting occasional updates, I may wait until there's a good time to do so. On the other hand, I've considered doing the same thing with some of his other creations, like the Paper crew for example, so look out for that. Also, side note, I'm the one that provided a bunch of extra palettes for the Classics (apart from Egghead, which I may get to soon). They're part of the palette folder if you want to see what I've done in terms of extra colors for the cast. It's pretty sick to be able to have some of my work be put into official updates for characters.

Oh most definitely. Just because they're on the AI controlled opponent side of the video doesn't mean I don't adore them. I wouldn't have fine tuned them to better match the power level of the rest of my roster if I didn't love them. I'm looking forward to any updates to these chars 'cause I was hoping to see how someone with more MUGEN programming prowess could tweak these characters.

another day commenting in here judging the good amount of wall of text in the description. I dunno how long and how much comments will there be in here but here's my best shot. (Even with edits) While I do not mind (But it is what it is) various balance and what not patches for any of my characters (like before) and about the Voice configuration. its like the Team Z2's DBZ Creations (They used to have that in older revisions where there used to be multiple voice choices without having to use separate .snd files) C.Tails I usually dont make much explosives moves hit the opponent upwards much. But Ehh that'll do. maybe I couuulld've really give some breating room when it comes to the AI being a little agressive on bombs and such. Even if there has to be sacrifices here and there. C.Amy Not much I can say ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ But hey. Maybe the hammer throw could just be a basic hammer throw like STF/SOrigins C.Eggman/Robotnik is probably one of my other favorite creations but still a tough-y to beat. appreciate the little nerf on badniks. (Still better than just shuffle fwd and hit and back for Strikers). and a couple others that were listed in the readme. A little Backstory on this creation and before even considering when he was in development. I actually considered Baldry as my Headcanon VA for classic Eggman (or Robotnik in that matter) rather than any other. Since a lot were just way too overly-used (Though the late Deem Bristow still fits for "Modern Eggman") as I Mostly grew up watching AOSTH and a couple other things. and Generations Another part of the reason: There was a video showing sonic 1 footage. Using Long John Baldry Robotnik Performance over it and (if you did recall) was also inspired by that soundpack i made for TxPot's Eggman/Robotnik While most see and hear him in AOSTH as Meme-y YTP material I sometimes hear him being akin to how Robotnik/Eggman should be: Funny but also Serious at times. By the way. There exist 2 old ytps from that YTP Mode exclusive move. (If you even do check the .air file. They're YT links) I didnt bother to say much about C.Sonic and C.Knux as the best i can say They're Better than how i expected.

Thanks for commenting again. And also, thanks for making these characters, I enjoyed them quite a bit even if they felt a little too strong. I know a long description for a vid like this can feel a bit daunting, but honestly that's mostly because I found them all very fascinating. The edits I made were based on personal preference so they're more like suggestions rather than cold hard fact. I really like the idea of toning down the AI as well as taking some inspiration from Sonic the Fighters, that's a bit of Sonic history that I have an immense soft spot for. Especially in regards to Amy's Hammer Toss, I only removed it from her kit because I didn't know how to edit it the way I envisioned it. Also, I forgot you were the one who did the AOSTH voice pack for TxPot's Eggman. Great job on that one, I really enjoyed it. There have been some absolutely fantastic portrayals of Eggman/Robotnik over the years but Long john Baldry's performance is easily one of the best.

Thanks, I've always been fascinated by the DBZ fighting games that were made before FighterZ. Especially the Super Butouden games since they all had arranged versions of their soundtracks. Not to mention the 3DS version of Super Butouden's OST, which is equally as fascinating. I'll definitely see about using more of those tracks in my MUGEN stages.

I like those versions of Classic Sonic and Robotnik.

I agree, good Sonics are surprisingly hard to come by in MUGEN, and this one's definitely one of the better ones. And this is probably my favorite Eggman in MUGEN as well.
