@@PKAnExcelExpert Hi PK, many thanks for doing this for the benefit of people wanting to learn more about Excel capabilities. However, there is one drawback to this Gantt Chart. It is assumed that all tasks/activity starts on the first day of the week. I have recreated what you taught us in your video, but I'm afraid it did not work for tasks starting the middle of the week (start date not the first day of the week). In there a formula that can be applied to take this into account, please?

PK, Thanks for very nice tutorial, just one thing in case duration of an acivity is increased or a new activity is added or overall duration goes beyond planned days then how the dates in row will automatically be adjusted accordingly.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge. This is very helpful. If I may ask, I would like to know how I can exclude weekend/holidays from the start end date. Example if the start date falls on a weekend/holiday, it will automatically change the start date to the next weekday. Appreciate your advice.

You can use WORKDAY(, ) to determine end date. Workday is a excel function which will add the duration to startdate avoiding weekends. Duration has to be days.
