How did you fill the dates after adding columns

How come when I copy the formula, only one data appears to be successful, even though the data and dates are correct? What could be the solution?

How to exclude saturday and sunday in the bar? For example, if the duration is 6 then the result is 1 week plus 1 day because it excludes the sat and sun.
