Great video Edward! As for product lifecycle explanation so I understand... the iPhone example could be the iPhone3 MATURE stage >>DECLINE>>END OF LIFE once it has lived its useful life then development of iPhone4 begin? Am I comprehending this correctly?

Actually Iphone4 would be another project within the iPhone product life cycle

I don't think you do project management, as in PMP, inside a Six Sigma project. It might be the other way around.
