Project Reality 120 Players - Muttrah City

My first time playing on the 120 player server and we played Muttrah City. I must say it was a very intense experience, there just seemed to be something constantly going on, hectic barely covers it, hence the lengthy video.
I did get some FPS problems in places, so apologies for the few slowdowns.

Yes, the 120 player server is regularly populated in particular with the recent release of PR:Vietnam.

Arma takes some effort because you make your own fun. Some folks prefer this type of thing because it's focused on gameplay. Let's be honest, we don't really need them in our Arma games, although they are welcome to join if they have a positive 'can do' attitude! :P

@vostroyan10 Yep, at least 3 servers populated at a constant fullish rate in the past week I played it. Mostly tactical, mature players, althought there definitely is your regular, no-mic, herpaderp squads in every round as well.

Battlefield 2 did not require legitimate copy for multiplayer. Are you sure it is not the same for the modded version? (I'm just double checking because I really want to play the mod but can't buy the legit copy )

@siroccowgs84 You'll need a legitimate (ie. bought) copy of Battlefield 2 for PC. Then just go to the website in the description and go to the download section to get the latest version.

@OSeraphim I'd say it finds a very good middle ground between extreme realism and accessibility/playability. The name is misleading to be honest since the game really focuses on bringing realistic player behaviour and teamwork to the fore, rather than in terms of hyper realistic equipment etc (although that is still included, it's just not a focus).

I've gotta get a pc sorted, I've got one at my mam and dads but since the latest update, it drops loads of FPS about every 15 seconds for about 3 seconds. It makes it unplayable :-(

Like 90% of the comments have to compare to arma.. Here is difference: ARMA isn't realistic. It's a military SIMULATOR it's MEANT to be realistic. BF2 is meant for FPS... It's arcade style only for BF2. Arma is meant for reality tactics. It's tough. You need a good computer to run it... BF2 is a Arcade shooter. but PR is a mod for BF2..> which isn't really REALISTIC then ARMA 2.

It has a bunch of glitches and random lag. You literally need one of the most expensive computers to play it. But then there is still a bunch of glitches. And a LOT of hackers. Wayy TOOO many.

@tOOOMPAA Then you have a technical issue with mumble, you should only hear people within ~50m of you. Make sure you are running it as administrator and simply deafen yourself inbetween rounds. There is no other way to play than with mumble, it improves the experience immeasurably.

First of all, I own it, and there is NO glitches, NO random lag, you DON'T need a Titan supercomputer to run it, and there is no hackers. I have no idea what the hell you're talking about. The only glitches and hackers you get is when you play that over-rated mod "DayZ".

@JiggyPR battlefield is absolute trash on console, trust me when I say this i've played every battlefield and loved most of them,(except BF:online thats in Korea) the consoles ports are trash and you can't use mods but if/when DICE releases mod. tools for the FS2 engine... O_O life shall be complete
