I would probably kill for a mod like this for Battlefield 2142, set in 2142's futuristic universe and featuring "realistically-behaving" versions of that game's weaponry. That said, sci-fi doesn't seem to have the same draw that modern-setting shooters do, so it would probably go largely unnoticed. :(

After multiple replays I have come to a conclusion, the RPG was fired outside the bunker to his right. It was fired up into the air at the chopper and was in no way close to Blue Drake. Good eye though!

force recon is a special forces unit in the marines it like their army rangers . the marines also have a green beret type unit and a tier 1 unit called the raiders don't know what their green beret type unit is called

This was way more immersive and fun than ARMA will ever be. Literally the perfect balance of fun, tactics, and realism. Amra is too open world for me, you can be shot by a tank from like 3 or 4 km away and never know what hit you. this game makes players get a bit closer and it makes for more fun gameplay.

PR 2.0 is in development using Cryengine 3 and is going to be free to play, but there hasn't been any news since September last year. I hope they give some news, because I am getting worried that they scrapped it. Hopefully it has a better launch than ARMA 2 PR.

RandomnessTeacup Yes. Cadpat is the Canadian version and they're the ones who made it. The USMC adopted the digi pattern in 2004 and the Army wanted one as well. They wanted to save money and wanted to only have to use one uniform for all environments so they went with UCP or universal camouflage pattern. ACU is just the uniform the Army wears, not the pattern. I wore USAF BDUs that had the same colors that the UCP has (plus one other color with just different pattern) and they are effective but not effective in every environment. UCPs work okay in every environment and good in others vs having one camo for woodlands and another for desert and so on. I believe if selecting the right colors the digipattern could be extremely effective in select environments.

no, but beacuse the limits of the game don't allow to do this...but at less with out health regeneration, with more credible shots damage, limit of ammunition, always be friendly damage, and well defined class roles the players don't play as BF3-4 or even the BCs and 2 where almos is necessary 1/2 clip to kill, the players try to think a few more and don't only run and shot...
