i think one of the funniest things about this game is that the characters really don't investigate the magic of their world whatsoever. theyre just like "oh miku is real and i created a version of her in my mind palace that became a real place but also a song? weird" and then they never think of the implications or bring it up again lol. i feel like if someone rubbed their two braincells together they could come to some crazy existential conclusions but they all pretty much just shrug and accept it and honestly im here for it

0:24 I think it should be the opposite (mafuyu helped Rui) since I think he refers to 2nd anniversary story when Mafuyu help Rui with his injury

they are indeed referring to the 2nd anniversary event, but i don't think there's any mistranslation here. i don't remember the whole conversation, but while mafuyu was treating rui's injury they ended up talking about dreams and mafuyu mentioned how she doesn't really have any. rui said that he thought he didn't either until he met some important people (wxs) and told her a bit about his own struggles with the topic, after which mafuyu had an "oh..." moment (as in, realized something about herself). so yes, he did definitely help her as well, though i'm not sure how tsukasa would know that since i really can't imagine rui himself thinking he was much help in that situation and bragging about it 😭

@@shinisnotonfire yeah, I remember but Tsukasa says "Rui ga sewa ni nattana" which more he talked about Mafuyu helping Rui because Tsukasa probably didn't know what those two talked during the event. Edit: I just remember this but that phrase can be translated to either "Rui's got to your care" or "Rui has caused you trouble"
