Project stEVe - Rescuing a neglected 1994 Mercedes E320 W124 future EV conversion

In this episode, Rob and Shaun finally arrive at the mystery wagon: Codename Project stEVe. When the car was won at auction, very little information was given on the condition of the car. We didn't even know if it would start, or if all the pieces were present.
We hoped for the best and bought one-way tickets to San Francisco. We rented a Tesla Model 3 - which was AWFUL - to get a taste of the EV life and to get us to the site of the car. We arrived at the car and began our investigation and diagnosis. What we found, well...you'll see.
