Recently i swapped my 1KR(1.0) to 2SZ(1.3) and i think i am very satisfied with the swap. Fuel economy has improved. You can feel the power under the hood. Costed me around 88k including the labour cost, gear oil and engine oil, and some other associated cost.

Great work brother. On side note i own suzuki khyber 1993 model, no cng like never ever. 83000 milage and i want to preserve it as much as possible. Because its 85-90% in original colour and its fading too. Tips for original paint preservation Tips for alternative car parts because i am from peshawar and i try to upgrade/preserve sensibly.

Cvt gearbox is different from normal auto gearbox . When you open drain bolt it's normal to not have any oil drain . In order to drain the oil there is another bolt inside the drain bolt which you have to open and than oil comes out . And fill the gear box you tighten the inner bolt and leave outer drain bolt open. Than put CVT oil in via the filling bolt on top . When oil starts to come out from the bottom drain it means that oil is now full and than you can close the bottom drain bolt

2:07 Your are providing the wrong information. The CVT oil doesn't just flow out as there is a plastic tube inside the drain nut that's preventing the oils from coming out. I am sure you found out after servicing it.

@Muhammad Akram Mine didn't have it either after a irresponsible mechanic took it out and never put it back in. At this point I have forgotten what the video is about so I will refrain from commenting further on the matter.

You are right 100 %. Its just a gauge oil is there and u need to temove the oil pan to see how much oilis there.

Looks like u have opened the drain bolt of toyota CVT for the first time. It has a plastic funnel tube inside the bolt to maintain the level of oil. To drain oil you need to unscrew that plastic tube thingy just do google u will get the required info. The is the advantage of working with outdated cars of 90's

We did that. No oil came out. Screwed it back on and then made the video. The gear was cracked from where it's connects to the mounting that's why it had leaked all the oil.

Complete engine gear computer wiring. 80k ka engine tha. Humari labor 5k, electrician labor 8k for wiring.

My vitz was 1.0 1kr and I converted to 1.3 electrician suggested me to go with B2 ecu as it gives better fuel average

clean the radiator ,carburator and do the engine flush and tuting change all the filters this make ur engine performance very well

Hi It’s good that you decided to swap with 1.3 but always try to clean engine Bay as at the end finishing matters. Secondly wiring needs to be Grip to Grip I don’t think so OBD port will work ?

We did clean the bay before we fitted the engine. Cleaned with proper chemicals. Did not include in video as it gets lengthy. Wiring is grip to grip, obd port works. Everything works.

Pehlay apna comfort dekho, baad ma resale. And koi value down nahi hoti, dealers ki bakwaas hay ye. Tension free ho k dalo. Engine gear computer and wiring was for 80k

This is 2SZ-FE 1.3L Engine. 1SZ-FE is 1.0L 4 cylinder Engine which came in 1st gen vitz/platz. 4WD vitz comes with 2NZ-FE 1.3L mated with manual/4-speed AT where as 2WD vitz comes with 2SZ-FE 1.3L mated with CVT and 1.5L with 1NZ-FE

Bro az engine have more displacement and i think it won't fit in your vitz u have to get big bonnet for this because az engine starts from 2.0l to 2.4l hope u understand
