@@novarian8625 That is Steel 1, leader of Peacekeeper Squadron Steel ( Ulaanbaatar/Mongolia )... the reason why Steel 1 is called 'Your Highness" is Steel 1 is Khan ( Leader ) of that country

It's been really good, I loved it when it first came out on PC 3 years ago and I'm loving this PS5 re-release and bonus missions.
