Good video! So if you want to know how people do the challenge without a weapon... they get the zombies in the outstretched arm animation. Then on the roof they use the ledges to have the zombies jump off. It takes time and its a bit safer than fighting.

if i had to guess i would say x:12856 y:1600 z:26. but i would recommend being invisible and teleporting to z:1 and going all the way up on foot to verify (or have fly+ no clip on)

theres a mod that plays My Hero from the Foo Fighters and slows down time when you jump off extreme heights, would have been funny to add in this video but it can get annoying due to the slow fall

for anyone wanting to do this, you can lead big groups of zombies along the edge of the railing that goes around the outside of the building. Particularly the narrow areas where the railings narrow towards the building, you want to lead them along the edge and then run when you get to the part that angles inwards some. The zombies following you will try to path after you and jump off the side of the building as they try to follow on the tile you're on. If you keep leading large groups around, at least 5-6 will fall off. I cleared most of the first 5 floors or so mostly like this while totally unarmed before deciding to abandon the run because I didn't realize it was a hotel, not apartments, and I didn't like having barely any supplies in the rooms, but I hope someone else finds the strategy useful.

Just a bunch of phone books and bibles🤣 Yes the wash/utility room was the first place to spawn a decent weapon a few floors down, and the lack of food was going to be a problem. Thanks for the tips👍

@ Yeah when I spawned there I was really hoping that it was an apartment building that I could work my way down floor by floor accumulating supplies and such, and the main challenge was going to be getting to the ground floor, and then trying to live with the cleared building as a main base.

@Lampaluile I spawned completely unarmed facing like 50 zeds, man, cut me some slack! They were breaking through the windows to get to me before I could even dismiss the tutorial prompt and that new build 42 infographic thing - by the time I closed those I was already being swarmed lol

It's the vanilla map, I just used a mod to spawn at the top of the building. I have a link to the mods in the description 👍
