I got a theory about Syphus. Matt said that hi5 studio used to be a lab and I think that syphus used to work there. And he wants his property back so he broke in took the drug and left without stealing anything else.the key phob he used was his old original key phob that he changed so he can beak in. He knows how to do this since the security on the doors was always there to begin with when he worked there so thats how it actually worked. He made notes about everyone who goes in and leaves writing down times in a schedule so he knew when to enter. When he was driving around the studio he was simply examinig it to find the best way to nreak in. I hope this might help.
