I know you should bargain at those street stalls like Ladies Market but how about places like Argyle Center those small individual shops? Is it standard practice to bargain there or no since it's legitimate shops? Sorry, not sure about the culture in HK

Great video!!! HK is also my hometown where I left 30+ years ago... in my most recent trip back with my kids, we enjoyed so much interesting food but the fun ends there!!! I just got a sense that most locals are really down and out and totally not into socializing/smiling.... it's just really weird vibes... and then some staff working in restaurants/ferry terminals were flat out assholes with their tone/attitudes.... oh well, glad I'm not living there!! ^^
