almost all freeze during play on my clone gdemu, no luck even trying out with all sorts of branded sd cards
@Operator0G3 жыл бұрын
@@user-yk1cw8im4h ya gotta wait for them to get patched lol. blue dolphin for instance just got its update patches that let it be playable from start to finish. from what was said, their plan is to port them all over, and then fix them as time passes.
@user-yk1cw8im4h3 жыл бұрын
@@Operator0G Apart form blue dolphin freezes, it's weird that the one I'm constantly having problem is metal slug 6. It's supposed to be fine the whole way through, but my game freezes at different location every single time. For example when picking up 2 weapon level up at the same time. All freezes happen after a few stages. There are reports on the internet, but very few... I guess it could be a problem with my clone as I have tried every brand of sd cards possible and even with/without sd adapters.
@Operator0G3 жыл бұрын
@@user-yk1cw8im4h it is a clone after all lol. I suggest just waiting for the rest of the library to be ported over, and then for all of the bug fixes to happen.
@user-yk1cw8im4h3 жыл бұрын
@@Operator0G yeah but there are probably more clones out there than the real gdemu lol. I hope those fixes actually happen, but I doubt it as the amount of people reporting these problems is almost non-exsistent. Metal slug seems pretty finalised to all people. I guess I'll just need to be content with 10 min of gameplay lol.

Hi Jarrod! Love your videos man! Hey - Have you ever seen an Atomiswave motherboard with NO Atomiswave Logo on it and no "Powered By Sammy" on it either? Like these are brand New "unused" motherboards but they are missing those ? I saw an ebay listing for New ones...it looks real but there is no markings on it except the yellow caution label and a barcode...

Well you dont see that every day. I'm not up on my arcade hardware. I have heard of Jamma etc but not heard about this before. Expensive or reasonable game prices?
@ProjectCOE8 жыл бұрын
+Mortal Porcupine Haha, it's arcade hardware my man, is there really such a thing as reasonable? The problem here is that just about all of the non-SNK produced games are exclusive to the platform and haven't been released elsewhere, meaning the prices can reach insane levels. That being said, if you join arcade boards and get to know people, you can usually score the games for somewhat reasonable prices. Notice I said somewhat haha.

This thing is Rad ! So you use a super gun to hook up the controllers right ? I think you said the games use 5 / 6 button , so Neo Geo controllers probably would not cut it I'm guessing..... And that looks like a weird stereo out cable...you should do a new video of how you hook up your controllers / and Audio / Video for Atomis noobs like me lol. Cool !
@ProjectCOE8 жыл бұрын
The SuperGun allows you to connect the JAMMA harness and controllers. A lot of Atomiswave games use 4 buttons, heck some even use 3 buttons so you're fine to use Neo Geo sticks, however what I do is I use my Saturn converter and use my HSS-0130 ;) I can do a short instructional video if you'd prefer.
@mikerhoads48648 жыл бұрын
Sure man, this Jamma / Atomis / Arcade board stuff is fascinating !!! and there seems to be ALOT to learn lol... so you are just using the VGA out of the Atomis into your XRGB, and that funky looking audio port near the VGA port ?( almost looks like an ethernet port or something ).....so in this case the Jamma Harness is mainly just for your controllers or am I way off ? THANKS !
@ProjectCOE8 жыл бұрын
There are two ways you can do it. The easiest is to simply connect the JAMMA harness to the SuperGun for everything, however you lose the VGA signal and stereo sound.
@mikerhoads48648 жыл бұрын
Got ya , Jamma is only mono . That is unfortunate , but i guess it makes sense since typically the speakers on an Arcade Cabinet are directly in front of your face lol...
