Trying my 10 projects on the Fatcave spray wall. I tried each of these boulders 1-2 sessions each, and decided to give them all a few send tries in one session. Here’s how it went!
Why don’t I match the finish holds? I train for outdoor climbing, where you usually finish by topping out. The Fatcave is just focused on training maximum power and finger strength for crux sequences, so I didn’t want to add all matchable holds at the top of the wall.

I really enjoy detailed content like this. I’m 6’2 with a +3 ape so it’s really cool to see a lot of footage of someone else that’s tall with long arms. Thanks!

Love the video, you mind sharing when you would consider resetting the wall ? Is it more of A) when you hit the goal with the current setting, says every problem is ticked, or B) you reset it at a certain period, say annually. I'm at the point where, I kind of want to reset my wall, so I can start fresh, and explore the movement the current wall may not offer, but I could also just keep building up on the current one, and keep my library of problems which I can session on them when I'm too busy to set new ones.

Any advice on setting a home wall (i.e putting the holds on initially), looking to do something similar to yours but maybe with nicer holds 😅

Great Video! How long do you usually rest before send goes in a training session like this? Do you time yourself or look at the clock, or just go by feel? I know some climbers take this really seriously and others don't need to.

Good job, but with my physio background I must say that your shoulder is way too high up at the ears in the warm up. This is ok if your climbing at your limit, but here it should be relaxed (down and wide) with only a little activation in the upper traps. Keep rocking!
