If you speak two languages in the UK, it's considered impressive. Where as in your country, I imagine speaking two languages is just the norm. As someone who trains, the massive intensity he showed at the beginning absolutely robbed him on how many he could do total. There's a Goldilocks zone to rep speed, too slow and the extended engagement time kills you, too fast and the inertia acts as extra weight, and if you go full intensity, the only limiting factors are muscle engagement speed, and strength against that inertial effect, such that in some cases youre essentially doing near max muscle capacity on every rep, slowing down as the muscle fatigues and looses capability. I absolutely think if he did it at the same speed as magnus hed have another 5 or so reps in it. Even with weight youre used to, nothing leaves you feeling dead after a set like hitting it with intensity.

@@TheKillaKev The United States Special Operations Command has implemented a “Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Plan”. This is exactly what it sounds like, there will be quotas on whom is accepted into the program and who will qualify to be an operator in our special ops. This will be imposed on the men training and determining who qualifies as our highest level spec op teams. If these men don’t fall in line with the quotas they will be forced from the military. Our military is currently under a “stand down” order while members of the armed forces who are deemed to have been loyal to former President Trump are weeded out. We call it a “stand down” Lenin called it a “Purge”. Our military is being politicized and not a single word from the “Media”. They will be the boot heel of authoritarianism in short order. Don’t take my word for it, look into yourself. The National Guard is still in Washington D.C. they never left, they’ve fenced it all off. All the Guardsmen were “verified” before they were deployed to be “loyal”.
