This game was my childhood and is my favourite mario kart game. I first got the game in 2009 and stopped playing in 2015. I spent countless hours playing this game. I remember playing with friends, cousins and I also played online with other people. I used to be good at this game had everything unlocked over 9000 vr br and 3 stars. Miss those days.

Damn this guy surely has trouble getting 2 star ranks on grand prix. I bet the MKWii haters play worser than him and later start complaining on the forums that the game is too hard for them to play because they are casuals who need someone to hold their hand to complete the game. Amazing how much nostalgia a brilliant racing game like this can give ya, especially since times in high school fo' me and my siblings. The character I would always go to play racing with was always Luigi. He's mainly the kind of traditional straight-man-in-green that wants to come out on top like his privileged company mascot of a fraternal twin brother. Funny thing about Mirror Mode: It’s actually easier (AI level-wise, at least) than 150cc! Sure, everything’s backwards, but other than that the AI is set at an easier level like as if you were just playing 100cc with every track flipped. Had no trouble getting a Triple-Star rank on the Mirror Lightning Cup, and that was on my very first try so of course I deserved the Blue Falcon!

Super Mario Galaxy method’s easier. Without it, you have to get a Star rank for the entire Mirror Grand Prix (all 8 cups in Mirror Mode) which is very hard to do
