Excellent videos, all 20 of them! Thank you. Activities such as developing the RACI and cost estimations are done with the project team, correct? Is it best to have a 2 hr meeting to cover WBS, Duration, Milestones, and budget or to have several meetings to define each?

I think the time required depends on the nature, size and complexity of the project. Agile methodologies would always recommend that the team be involved in coming up with estimates. RACI can be done by the PM and confirmed with the stakeholders involved.
