Hi Edward, your into slide at 0:15 is so helpful! I'm always wondering what the order should be for all the planning processes. Would you say that the execution process group will have a chronological order from one execution process to the next (similar to the planning process group), or do the execution processes not really have an order but occur more based on the need of each specific project? I guess I'm asking what would that intro slide look like but for the execution process group? How about monitoring and controlling?

I think execution would not have a particular order as in planning. Execution depends on what is possible or complete (deliverables or plans) at that moment in time. Monitor and Control is on-going from the moment you complete any task. Hope this helps.

Hi. Thank you for watching and for the feedback. I think that's the idea of these videos where I am using a move project as an example and demonstrating how different plans and documents are developed along the way. Sometimes, I am resorting to other examples where I feel it would add value.
