Seems like although you guys have a couple of 4runners you did this trip with just one? You may want to consider taking two if you will be off the beaten track in snow, mud, etc. It really sucks to be stuck or broken down far from anything with no back-up vehicle. Ask me how I know this. Fun videos so far guys, keep having fun!

Thanks! the hard thing is fuel and cost of these trips its fairly high. the other vehicles were experiencing some vehicle issues so we had to take just one.

no offense, just education, overlanding usually involves foreign lands and weeks if not years of traveling. That being said interesting videos, keep up the good work! For an interesting look at Overlanding see this blog; www.overlandhb.co.za/home

+meignotus While that's part of it, Overlanding is simply vehicle dependent travel. Taking your vehicle to get outdoors and explore is what's all about. Doesn't matter if you're in a Mini Cooper, Toyota 4Runner, or a Land Rover Forward Control. Getting out and enjoying the adventure by vehicle is what it's about. Not everyone has weeks, months, or years to travel.

no offense, just education, overlanding is defined as self reliant travel to remote locations where the journey is the ultimate goal. Doesn't have anything to do with how far away you travel or how long you're away for.
