@@Marcel_Audubon it comes from a soviet movie released in 1938(and 1941). the half hour battle sequence is very famous and influential to this day. i'm not actually certain alexander nevsky has ever been used in a mainstream video game, maybe referenced. i think the way the music is structured would make it hard to work into a video game's soundtrack because it's closely fitted to the footage of the movie. i think Yuri Levitan might have referenced it at a few points in the liberation films but i can't say for certain if he was or if he was just using russian religious sounds in a similar way.
