An excellent and very courageous arrangement by Pushkarev of this very important, very profound violin - piano sonata by great Prokofiev. I find strings and every element of percussion worked very well here. Often with very surprising, strong dynamic tones, by full harmony between Violin and everyone else 🎻 Thank you very much Sebastian Bohren for this very impressive interpretation 👏👏👏

Thank you! Very much appreciated. You know, since 2019, only Renaud Capuçon played this arrangement - with the Orpheus at Carnegie Hall. Next season, I‘ll play it again and: my most favourite violinist Emmanuel Tjeknavorian will play it‼️💪

This is an interesting arrangement of this very excellent chamber work. That said, I think some of the percussion additions are out of place. The performances here are quite fine.
