Correct me if I am wrong Professor but GH does have a negative feedback via IGF-1 that causes sends a message back to the pituitary to increase production of GHIF (Somatostatin) thus stopping GH

My understanding is Prolactin has a negative feedback loop with Dopamine. The more dopamine the less prolaticin and vise-versa

Thank you Dr. Fink. I am one of the lucky that has Acromegaly. I had a adenoma removed on my pituitary that had a Prolactinoma and High GH.

The Dr says Prolactin and Hgh dont have negative loop and dont affect other tropic hormones... but in my case, I have a prolactinoma (pituitary tumor) that causes me high levels of prolactin and I have hypothyroidism too.
