What do you think of the new look to Promo Only POOL?

I used to subscribe to promo only back in the '90s through 2000. Back then I thought it was very progressive as each month you got a CD with whatever specific genre of music you wanted. However I just went on the site today seems not much has changed since the last time I checked. Just looked up covering all dance genres doesn't even appear to be a hundred songs a month for that genre alone. yet they want to charge 20 a month. I have a subscription to mixupload. There you pay a little over $100 a year and they release everyday at least several hundred tracks and remixes of them of just the dance genre alone you can categorize it by date as well as sub genre. Promo only might be suited more for DJs who want the main popular music That's out there. But if you're looking for the latest in progressive dance I don't think promo only is the site to navigate.

When it comes to the file types, is there any kind of noticeable difference between lossless & 320? Just curious. I know 320 is full bandwidth, but is lossless very much better? This is not really my area of expertise...lol. Thanks in advance, djkanoya 👍

Pretty sure ‘Nick’s Picks’ are only available to US Subscribers.

Are you subbed to a specific release? Or do you have a bundle subscription? In either case, you can just click on the download icon (it would be gray) next to the artwork of the release. That will add all the tracks of that release to the download queue.

@@djkanoya .. I downgraded my subscription from gold down to a silver. I download EVERYTHING.. the good, bad and ugly. I click on everything about once a week 😂

@@DJJoeFreitas You never know what you might need. But Gold is super overwhelming, unless you're a radio station or something like that.

@@DJJoeFreitas Did you ever find out an answer to your question? I also download EVERY track (singles) and full CD's. I dislike having to click on every individual check box for all of the Singles... especially if I am behind a month or two. Wish there was a "Download All New/Unchecked Songs" option.
