Promoting Health Among Teens: Abstinence-Only is a program for 6th and 7th graders in Yonkers, New York. The program is administered by Program Reach, Inc. in collaboration with the public schools and is funded by the HHS Office of Population Affairs (OPA) (formerly Office of Adolescent Health).
