@@SuperPlushBros.689 I don't think it is, I used a remix of Green Hill Zone in one of my vids and it got copyright claimed, so I'm pretty sure the sonic team had copyrighted this song and told to KZbin so now any green hill stuff with audio gets claimed.

The demo of Sonic the Hedgehog was first shown in 1990 at the Tokyo Toy Show. The full/final version of Sonic the Hedgehog was released in 1991. Unfortunately, the Tokyo Toy Show demo of Sonic the Hedgehog is currently lost. There are only screenshots of the demo (which you are looking at right now.) The promotional Green Hill Zone song isn't real though. Most likely fake.
