Railway Board ko seniority matter ko thoda aur sahi karna chahiye.jab eligibility ke liye level 6 ki duration hai to seniority ke liye bhi level 6 ki service lenth consider karna chahiye na ki prompted level 7 ki duration. Thanx for breifing रेलवे बोर्ड को ग्रुप B पदोन्नति को पारदर्शी एवं सशक्त बनाने के लिए 02 सुधार और करना चाहिए 1.) 70:30 के अनुपात को 50:50 कर देना चाहिए ताकि सामानता आ जाएं। 2.) 25 अंक के Viva voc को हटा देना चाहिए या 05 अंक का viva voc करना चाहिए। इसमें बहुत ही भेदभाव एवं तोड़ जोड कर अंतिम परिणाम को आसानी से प्रभावित किया जाता है। इस संबंध में शिकायत या चुनौती भी नहीं कर सकते है। इसमें कोई पैमाना भी निर्धारित है। जब रेलवे की सीधी भर्ती परीक्षा में viva voc को समाप्त कर दिया गया है तो विभागीय पदोन्नति में viva का कोई औचित्य नहीं है।

Both are good but duties are just opposite. Jaa remains in office whereas swli duty is to travel. Swli gets extra money for travelling. As far as money is concern swli is good but as relax job is concerned jaa is good.

सर, हमरा jr goods train Manager से Sr goods train Manager का प्रोमोशन था! उस समय as per assessment rule totally higher grade में 17 वेकेंसी थी , उनमें से केवल 10 लोगों को as a sr goods train Manager पद प्रमोट किया ! As On date 17/05/2024 को लेकिन बाकी 07 लोगों उनके साथ प्रमोशन मिलना चाहिए था! वो उस तारीख को मिला नहीं इसमें हमारा आर्थिक रूप से बहुत नुकसान हो रहा है! एक increment का भी नुकसान हो रहा हैं! Plz sir कुछ रास्ता होगा तो बता दीजिए! क्यों की सर as per assessment rule vacancy था तो उनके साथ प्रमोशन मिलना चाहिए था!

Sir, उन्होंने असेसमेंट बनाते समय सिर्फ existing vacancy को काउंट किया था! उन्होंने next one year में क्रिएट होनेवाली वेकैंसी को काउंट नहीं किया था ! इसीलिए हमारा प्रोमोशन delay हुआ हैं!
