A max4 could be mounted as a backpack for the rider in case you want to try out 12s. You might need a side car for the batteries.

Something you might want to consider,I put the new vitavon front brake rotor and caliper on mine,and it has a lot more stopping power than stock,just thought with the speeds your hitting,it might b useful if one of those trucks or cars pull out in front of you.its a bit pricey, but definitely worth it.

Hi, have you unblocked the air intakes on the plastic plates on each side of the bike? They are directed to motor and stator.

Try remounting the rider back on the seat. I drilled new holes father back for the rider mounting and it leans the rider lower forward. I’m 3D printing a new mount that makes the rider stand up off the seat. That will also help with the trapped air in ye’old nutter region

You still running ms6s or did you find another gyro? It’s probably going to do strange things like wobble at high speeds since its systems PID loops are tuned for 2s. I want to see what system you’re using for higher voltage.

It’s in the playlists and the stock gyro I’m still using on 2S easy set up to run any esc you want in the promoto 👍then you can run any battery as well keeping the gyro on 2s

Earl, maybe SMC can make you a 4s battery that will fit!? I may be late in suggesting him, but I know that he has a good reputation for building batteries that do things that no one else can do! Looks like this project is on the way Earl! Good Luck!

I have a question Earl have you tried to bind the spectrum controller to your Dbxl after the 3.0 update. I tried to bind it to my Losi 5t 2.0 and it does but I don’t know how to get the kill to work with the 3.0 Any advice would be greatly appreciated

All the memories is wiped out so you need to set up everything on every rc again set up the channel you have the kill switch plugged into should solve it

Y not use a plane avian esc? 100a/60a avian will do 2s to 6s. I convert everything I fly to avian esc's, just for that reason. Surface esc's are always gonna be bigger because they 'need' reverse & a fan. M/C don't need reverse. + the flying versions are as small as possible.
