Have you heard of the Soku-shinjutsu type of reflexology? I used to go to a Japanese man in Sacramento, Mr. Watanabe and his prodigy Li Buirst. Mr. Watanabe had brought it from a Buddhist monastery from Japan. It was extremely painful, but helped with so many ailments. From back problems, to digestive issues and for me personally, a shoulder issue directly related to baseball. I couldn't lift my arm after a game and literally after 1 session it was resolved. Sorry for the long winded message, but I've been looking everywhere for someone who knows this type of reflexology practice. Your methodology looks somewhat similar (From previous videos).

I have a question regarding the gori gori sounds. Why does one part or other parts of the foot only produce gori gori while others don't? Is it bad if I dont have gori gori sounds on my feet?

It is said it is from waste products that make the sounds and also just muscle fibers themselves could make, too. It’s not good or bad, but sometimes the Gori sound is hidden at first and you need to loosen before you hear sounds.
