Prone Slip'n Slide glitch! [Helldivers 2]

It’s happened to me a couple of times as well mostly after rag dolling onto ice or water it happened to me a couple of times in the city planets fighting the illuminate too so I think there’s another trigger too but I haven’t found out exactly what
