How are you able to move so fast? I use light armor with ceramic plate and my movement look so slow compared to what I’m seeing.

Gunfighter mod increases movement speed slightly. you're only slowed when your legs are hurt

If modders made mods that features characters from Rainbow 6 Siege like Ash, Pules, Castle and Thermite or from SWAT Gobal Strike Team or even from the SWAT Tv series then that would be cool to see.
