Yes, เสือ is sara uea. เสือ(suea) with a rising tone.

I 'm not sure if you've got the answer. "Bia" in Thai spelled = เบีย so it doesn't have a meaning in Thai. The word "beer" comes from English. It's written in Thai = เบียร์, different spelling
