Why middle word coming change like sami'i with female you(ta___in) it came __-tasmain. Why not __-tasmi'in this kasara came fataha why. Some time middle verb's spellings totally came change with pronoun. Is there any rules of it?

The verb تسمعين is one of the five verb forms of present tense verbs in Arabic. Hence, it will take the same tashkeel as rhe present tense verb تَسمَع instead of the past tense سَمِعَ
