Its really sad to hear. We consider ourselves lucky that our Visit Visa was approved. We had some health related reasons and we provided all the relevant proofs in our TRV application. Hi Arpit What if someone wants a very simple/private wedding in a court or temple with only close friends and family? there wont be many ceremonies in photographs in that case. what can we do?

Hi thanks for watching. Yes people can do a very simple wedding too. Just make sure you still provide those photos and necessary proofs. The 20 photos include your pre and post marriage photos too. So just provide whatever you have and better to write a letter of explanation saying why you preferred the simple marriage etc. Getting married certificate, witness names/photos are still important. We will spend month together with marraige and honeymoon and she will go back to canada. Till then we speak regularly for hours on facetime and whats app how do we prove cohabitation? some suggested getting life insurance in our name would help. Is that true?

hi, this video is very informative and useful, I have a question me and my husband got married in a civil ceremony in Thailand which is very unlikely different from a typical wedding or marriage ceremony, and it was just one witness which was the agent who processed our documents, no photos with friends, coz most of them are working, do u think its still valid? No. We only provide the required proofs like Photos, chat screenshots, mails, letter from family and friends, tickets, bording passes, bills and receipts, etc. Also filled the required information in the IMM forms about our relationship. Hope this helps.

Very helpful video. But I have one query, could you plz help me out with it..In the website it has been instructed that the file size should be 4MB, but I'm unable to understand how did you manage to make an entire PDF file with so many pics within 4MB? How did you do it? Plz make a video on this

Hi, First we prepared the collages from original photos. 20 collages, each around 8 to 10mb size. Then we compressed those collages (sharing on WhatsApp, the size was then around 200mb for each) We attached those compressed collages in the MS word file, and the final size for that was around 6MB. Converted into PDF, and compressed the whole PDF using an online software. The final size of this PDF was 2MB, and the pictures were still good in quality at 100% zoom. Hello, thanks for watching. No specific size of photos in terms of dimensions. They should be clear, not stretched. But there is a limit on file size which is i think 4 mb. So make sure you include everything in 4 mb file. Compress if needed but quality of photos shouldn’t be too bad. Hope this is helpful. Please like share and subscribe:)

No, there is no problem making college if it is not in more than 20 pages. If it is 80 different pages, then definitely it's a bad idea because IRCC officer has to look 80 pages, while they have clearly mentioned Maximum 20 pages for photos.

hello, thanks for wathcing, the photos are included in the document called Proof of Relationship. We had separate documents for IDs, birth certificated etc. We had the photos and description in the same document, but i think the requirements were changed last year to have 2 separate documents. @Kajal, hopefully you should receive AOR before September end as per the current timelines. But be hopeful, that you may receive sooner than this. In this case, please provide photos whatever you have. Before marriage, after marriage, and marriage day. Make sure you provide at least 20 photographs from different dates/months/years to show that you guys are together for so long. Do not write an explanation letter mentioning the details and circumstances of your marriage. Also attach as many other proofs as you can. Like same address IDs, cohabitation letter, your chat history through out (see our proof of contact video) etc

Hi, thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the late response. Yes, it is totally okay to submit any photos in which you two are together. Regarding the size, you can do the sclaing of photograph in word file, so that it fits nicely on the page. i am planning to make a video on how to put the photos together on the word file, how to resize the photos, and how to make sure that file is still under 2mb wiouthout compromising the picture qualities. I think they can still gather the proofs. Because even in arranged marriages, the photographer comes and click various photos for the marriage album. Plus couples go out on their honeymoon and click some pictures there. And now a days, mostly everyone takes selfie. So you can just add those all photos and justify your relationship. We also had arranged marriage, and proactively started gathering the proofs. We wish that all couples get reunited soon here in Canada, and start a new life here. Cheers. 🥂
