Hi, I am not sure on this, Please check all options on the portal. Some of the IMM forms might be same. When you create your profile and choose the appropriate option that for whom you are applying residency, you will see the applicable list of forms accordingly. Just create an account and try on the portal, I am not 100% sure.

Hi, Thanks for watching. If your husband is a PR then yes, this would be almost same process. Know the difference between inland and outland application. My videos are based on outland application since my wife was outside of canada. but as you are already inside, so it will be inland spousal applicaton process for you. only a few things change. Like the way you answer some questions in the forms, checklist, etc. also check the forms you need to fill. you can see that once you create a profile on the portal and choose you are already inside (something like this), and it will show what forms you need to fill based on your situation. you can watch my full 2 hour video where I have filled all the forms which were required in my case (outland), but even for inland, that would be mostly same. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qX3QgaKFgM53eNE Hope this helps, please like share and subscribe :)

Hi, thanks for watching. form imm5645 is i think not required if you are using the new portal. I used this new portal for my wife's trv 2 years back and for my parents-in-law a few months back, and I did not upload this 5645 form. i do not agree with u that we must use the sponsor as representative as well, its useless practice. otherwise sponsor can handle the application without any issue, by saying NO REPRESENTATIVE.

Well, this is up to the applicant whom they want to choose a representative. Having the sponsor (partner) as sponsorship is beneficial. IRCC asks for physical address of the applicant for any correspondance, but its difficult to send anything outside of canada. if you choose the sponsor as your rep, ircc will send the correspondance to sponsor's address which is obviously in canada. I know this is rare to receive something offline from ircc, but that was the reason i and other choose sponsor as rep. we or anyone else never had any issue with this. hope this helps. please like share and subscribe. :)

i know it is difficult. see if you can remove something which is not so important. try compressing the single pages individually and then merge them, this way, you can compress more to a few pages which are just word files, and compress less to those pages which gets blur such as proofs and scanned documents. compress the compressed file again and again until they are clear and not getting blurred. hope this technique works for you. Hi, IRCC has mentioned in their guide that applicant should use their email id. But now since you submitted already, I would say you can either raise a webform, reply takes from weeks to months, or you can wait for IRCC's responce. Either you may receive AOR and everything will be fine, or you may receive a request to submit it again from applicants email id. whatever you do, or happens, please leave a note in this comment, so it might be useful for others too. Fingers crossed.

Hi, I think you should have avoided this reason. I have heard stories and now even you are saying so, that if you say your parents are coming for delivery help etc, chance are you will get a refusal :( now its alreasy july, hope you are doing well. and you can provide next reason that you have delivered the baby and your parents just want to meet the new born, and LEAVE soon (in a few weeks). come up with such reasons for next trv application. hope this helps and you get the help and support you are looking for. and congratulations in advance!

Thanks for the video. We have applied visitor visa for both my mother and mother-in-law. Got the mothers biometrics but didn't get mother-in-law biometrics. And i raised a webform its been 15days but their no update on my mother in law application. Could you please help me if you have any idea. Can we get biometric or not. Is their another way.

Hi thanks for watching. Even in our case we got biometric request separately. Mother in law got after 1 day and father in law got after 1 week I think. We just waited for a few days. In your case its been 15 days already. May be wait for 5 more days or get the appointment for at least one person who got the request. That should also be fine.

Hello thanks for watching. If you are applying using the new online portal, I dont think you need that form. I think it is needed when you apply using gc key account. I remember when I applied for my wife’s trv very first time I used the new online portal but still I added this 5645 form with the additional documents section (last page), but it was not needed. When I applied for the 2nd time for my wife and also applied for her parents a few months back, didn’t add this 5645 form. Hope this helps. Please like share and subscribe:)

What would be the best way to reduce the size of documents? My proof of funds files is too large to uploa. I tried using adobe but still can’t get it under 2mb. Any suggestions?

Hi thanks for watching. I used ilovepdf website. I compressed individual pages in such a way that size is reduced and quality is not compromised. Simple word pages where you dont have any images or proofs are easy to compress upto KB size. Then try individual pages with images and proofs. Compress again the compressed file. Then at the end merge all pages into one. Thats how I did. I know it’s difficult but after some trials you can achieve it under 2 mb. If nothing works, See if you can remove 1 or 2 pages which might not be very useful. Hope this helps. Please like share and subscribe :)

Hello, thanks for watching. Well I converted all the documents from pdf to jpg images first. Then copy paste those images to your word file in order. And at last save the final word as pdf. Sometimes you need the 2-3 separate word files and convert them to pdf and then merge those pdf to create your final document file. For Ex. Starting 3 page of words are cover letter, invitation letter, and itinerary. So make 1 pdf of this. Next you have few pages of proofs like bank statements or investments etc, so create separate word file and paste the jpg images of those proofs in order. Next you might have something else to add in the proof, so create a separate word file of that. Then convert all those 3 word files into pdf separately and then finally merge them together to create one final proof document. For bank statements, see if you can convert the pdfs into jpg and then attach. If not, then get the statements print from the bank, take clear photo and attach. I used ilovepdf website for all the conversions, doc merge, compress size, etc. Hope this helps. Please like share and subscribe:)

I think yes, you can do the virtual landing after coming to Canada. You must notify IRCC that you are already in canada and follow the instructions for virtual landing. In my case, I am currently in India and my spouse is in Canada. I have received the passport request letter. I have sent my passport for stamping in India and filled the web form for virtual landing for my spouse. It’s been a month and I haven’t received any response from IRCC. Is the email provided in the video still working? If not is there any other way to understand the current status and get the virtual landing portal request?

Sorry I couldn’t understand your case. Why did you sent your passport for stamping and applied for virtual landing for your wife? The email id might have changed or may be they are now responding late. Try calling them if it works.

Oops. I think this means you cannot sponsor that sibling in the future. It may also considered as misrepresentation. I am not licensed person. So i don’t know exactly what should be done now. You may raise a webform i guess with letter of explanation. When you apply for any visa for your parents in the future (visit visa or super visa), you need to fill sibling details there. Hi, thanks for reaching out. The money can be in both saving and FD account. Just attach the bank statements for at least 4 months and the FD statement which shows the name of the holder, amount etc. Regarding how much you need to show depends on your trip duration (this is my thinking). Anyways for my inlawas when we applied in Feb 2024, we showed 5000 CAD in their indian saving accounts along with with LICs. But we mentioned that we will take care of all the expenses. And there is a question at the time 29:27: been refused refugge status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a CSQ or application to the Provincial Nominee Program or a visitor or temporary resident visa.... this would apply for a refusal to a Study Permit?

Hi, I have a Canadian PR and Currently in India came for my marriage in the month of April 2024 and I will return to Canada in July 2024. I am continuing my employment in canada, albeit remotely from India. I have a doubt while filling up my spouses PR application. after our marriage in April 2024 me and my spouse are living in india along with my parents in my parents house. Since the house is owned by my father so we don’t have any utility bills on my name or my spouse’s name. We have a plan to start our own family in Canada, I will return to canada in July 2024, now I want to apply for spousal PR. While filling up the form IIM5533(document checklist) Supporting docs for sponsored persons. Question 7) Proof of relationship to sponsor Question a) Are you currently living together? Based on my case should I have to answer yes or no? If my answer is yes I don’t have any of the supporting documents mentioned below. 1) proof of joint ownership of residential property. 2) Rental agreement. 3) Proof of joint utility accounts 4) Vehicle insurance with me and my spouse listed on it. 5) Government issued docs with same address. 6) Detailed letter of explanation for not having above docs In this case do we come as not living together or do we have to submit detailed letter of explanation regarding why can’t we submit proofs? Also in IMM5532 Question 6: Residence in Canada. Do you live in canada now? I’m in india only to spend time with my family and will return back july 2024 Do I have to answer yes or no for that question? I will wait for your reply Thank you.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful update. My parents'(75yrs old) application was denied as a result of Insufficient funds and likelihood of them not returning back to Nigeria. I showed all proof that i would take care of all expenses and they would be staying in my house. I will reapply again and hopefully the application approved. Can you attach the documents you listed for your application like - invitation letter etc.

Hello thanks for watching. 1. I dont think the visitor visa is same as sponsored one. I don’t remember the exact question asked in the imm form but visit visa is just a temporary stay visa not long term like super visa etc. 2. Fill 5 entries in the form, and create a letter of explanation and mention the form number. Section number, question number, create a table and fill the remaining entries. Or you can fill all 7 entries again. Write a paragraph that due to limited space in the form, you are adding the details here. You can add other explanations for your other sections if needed in the same document. Create an index to make it simple. Hope this helps. Please like share and subscribe:)
