Okay, I have had done some thinking. Now, I can not exactly provide any arguements, but I can come up with some alternate answers. Now first off, things that happen are oddly specific. Many things in minecraft are not actually canon, such as the speed of building/mining, floating blocks, or the fact that the game is not canonically square. The reason it is oddly specific could just simply be for gameplay reasons. Now, about the portal. This could just simply be a way of saying that the humans just one day showed up. About the orb of dominance, I don't really agree with the idea that it was created by the hosts, and especially don't agree it has relation to the command block. I find it more likely that the text from the wiki about it being from "between worlds" is more refering to a void that exists between worlds of sorts. Likely where the endermans, enderlings, and pretty much every other creature of the end goes to when teleporting. The dimension between dimensions if you will. The orb of dominance I'd imagine is really kinda just a more casual form or desguise for the heart of ender. In short, insuffecient evidence. Oh btw, there was this one REALLY good theory by Xatrix about the heroes. You should def check it out. The video made me feel bad and wholesome for the orb of dominance as the way describes he describes it sound like the Seer didn't care for the orb and merely used it as a tool, and that Archie was actually considerate of the orb and became friends. Then that idea just completly breaks when he mentions the orb planning to destroy everything and is using Archie lol. Anyways, interesting theory, and you should def check this one out.
