"Staying the same is one of the most toxic experiences a human can have." 100% What I struggle with sometimes is facing the "scariness" that comes with leaving my comfort zone to explore my potential. Bit by bit and push by push it gets easier and a new level of potential is explored. I'm learning to not accept sameness in myself and that's part of my struggle but I think the vast majority of us don't get that far, which is quite sad.

I'd say that even starting to face that is significant. As leaving your comfort zone becomes a habit, the benefits compound over time. You are probably already seeing evidence of this yourself?
