This introduced me to Propaganda and Claudia Brucken back in the early eighties as it was made the UK pop singles chart, fairly unheard of at the time for an unknown German band - I had never heard anything like it before - and so began my long journey. In this live version, the drummer and bass player are both ex Simple Minds. How about a full length album review Todd of "A Secret Wish" Let me know if you might, as there are a few different versions around on YT - many remixes were made - and I will tell you the best link. Stunning song, stunning band. Was completely blown away by Propaganda back in 1984. Derek Forbes from Simple Minds was on guitar even Steve Jansen drummer from Japan performed live with them. Sylvian even helped write P-Machinery. If you like this can you review anything live by Ukrainian band Onuka? If you like Propaganda you will love Onuka. Zenit, Around Me, Guns Don't Shoot or their 2017 Eurovision performance.

derek forbes was the bas player in 1984 or 85 and he was from the simple minds

You might try listening Claudia Brucken collaboration with OMD Paul Humphreys with their group called ONE TWO - Cloud Nine, which has some collaboration with M.Gore of Depeche Mode on rhythm & lead guitar playing on it.

Propaganda had a problem to this time. The focus of Trevor Horn was his new superstar Frankie goes to Hollywood . But I think it was not a mistake, I like Holly Johnson very well.

It was in the 90's. My original rock band was called Ledbetter. I was the song writer, guitar and lead singer. Good fun! Thanks Lindon, enjoy the channel, Todd
